(Warning, very loooooooong file) Yay! Tab's back! XD I've been asked repeatedly on the subject of how I do my glowy or shiny effects. So instead of trying to describe it (I'm really bad at that and just end up making a big confusing mess of words) here's a tutorial to show you. I don't know if you find it helpful at all but it was fun to make none the least. The best thing about this? Glowy blue stuff XD

Yes, it does with a tablet after you install the drivers (either from a disk that comes with the tablet if you get it new or from the site where the tablet model is sold, which is free)
You're welcome. Best of luck on the Wacom! I have a Wacom Bamboo Fun, an older model that's 5ish years old but it still works like a charm no matter how much I drop it or the pen lol. They say the older models are the better way to go as far as durability and the price. Which one are you looking on buying?
It's the cheapest one I could find in my country, around P5000 PHP (approx. $117 USD). There is actually a more cheaper one (P1000) but it doesn't detect pressure.
I guess you are right in saying that old models are better when it comes to durability. I still have that old Nokia monochrome phone and it still works! xDD
